Bondit  is a clear, water base primer, adhesive base coat designed to prepare roof surfaces for a finish coating.
Excellent for locking down small amounts of loose gravel.
Bondit  rejuvenates, revitalizes, restores and strengthens the surface to which it is applied, to help prevent cracking, efflorescence and segregation. A high resin content plus the addition of special adhesion chemicals enables Bondit  to tie down and seal the surface providing excellent adhesion for the finish roof coatings.

Uses:
Bondit  can be used on sloped or flat roof surfaces. Excellent adhesion on weathered wood, shakes, asphalt shingles, plywood, metal (no rust), galvanized, aluminum, tin, copper, asbestos, polyester, styrofoam, fiberglass, builtup roofs, modified bitumen membranes, rolled and mineral roofing, concrete, clay, slate, and various other substrates.
Surface Preparation: Follow standard Preparation Procedures
Application:
Stir well before using, Do Not Thin. Do not apply when humidity is very high or when there is a possibility of rain within 4 hours.
Apply by brush, roller or spray. Allow to dry 4 hours before applying the finish coating.
Topcoat as soon as possible after drying to avoid dirt pickup of the primer.
Note: Bondit will remain tacky even after drying. It is recommended to wear a hard sole shoe to walk on the surface.
Cleanup: Clean all spills and tools immediately after use while coating is still wet with warm soapy water.
