Super Seal is a specially formulated waterborne water repellent coating for just about any surface. Its special formulation provides an alternative to the solvent-based water repellent coatings that contain silicones and waxes.

Super Seal provides excellent sealing and water-beading properties, reduces water absorption and the swelling of wood, provides superior breathing properties and has zero VOC's. Unlike most other clear coatings, this coating may be painted over with latex or oil base paints. Meets ASTM D4446 specification pertaining to swelling of wood and Federal Specification SSW-110 C for water repellency on cementitious surfaces.

 Contains No Silicones...No Waxes...Interior or Exterior Use... No VOC's Environmentally Safe!

Suggested Uses:
Stone - Brick - Cement - Stucco - Concrete Block - Masonry - Plaster - Grout - Canvas - Simulated brick and stone - Wood siding - Wood Fences - Wood Shingles - Masonite - Cedar Siding - Roof Tiles - Dryvit and colored Stucco

APPLICATION :

The surface should be clean, dry and free from all dirt, grease, oils, waxes, mildew, curing agents, and other surface contaminants that may cause coating failure.
Remove all loose and peeling paint and lightly sand glossy surfaces.
Super Seal is supplied ready to use. DO NOT THIN. Mix thoroughly prior to use.
Easily applied with a quality brush, roller, airless spray and low pressure hand pump sprayer.
Always apply material to test panel prior to general application.

Vertical Surfaces: Start first coat application at the top of the area to be coated.
Apply flood coat with a 6"-8" rundown and back-roll material into surface voids.
Apply second coat when the first coat is dry.

Horizontal Surfaces: Apply 2 saturation coats. Apply second coat when the first coat is dry. Remove excess standing or ponding materials with a clean roller.

Coverage: Covers approximately 200-300 square feet per gallon depending on
type of application and porosity of the surface to be treated.
Dry Time: Dries to the touch in 1 - 2 hours,
may be re coated in 3 - 4 hours depending on conditions.
Clean up any spills, painting tools and equipment with warm soapy water.
