Insulating Primer  is a high quality, white insulating primer sealer, fortified with insulating ceramics which provides insulating and soundproofing values along with a uniform, easy to apply flat priming finish.
Uses:
Insulating Primer is for use on new or in poor condition walls, ceiling and trim surfaces including, plaster, drywall, wood, concrete, brick and masonry. Rust should be cleaned and primed with a rust inhibiting primer.
